ONE ENVIRONMENT. ONE NEW YORK.

Since 1925 Davis & Warshow, Inc. has been an integral part of the fabric of New York City, providing unparalleled service to the men and women who design, install and service the plumbing systems that keep the city running. At the same time, the greater New York City metropolitan area has supported D&W and has helped make it a thriving enterprise employing almost 300 New Yorkers.

Today, D&W is 100% employee owned and operated, and is eager to give back to the city and our local communities by doing what we can to keep them clean and green. Our goal is that future generations can continue to benefit from all the wonderful things that make New York City the greatest city in the world.

To that end, D&W is going “Practically Green.” This company-wide initiative is designed to help offset our carbon impact by re-evaluating the way we go about our daily activities, with an eye toward operating in a more sustainable and eco-friendly way. While we would love to be carbon neutral and have zero impact on our environment, we know that this is not possible today. However, we feel strongly that gradual, sustained effort
to minimize our energy consumption and lower our carbon and particulate emissions, while supporting community programs and recycling efforts, will immediately benefit our environment.

We are undertaking practical goals in order to support eco-friendly products of vendors who share our views to encouraging employee involvement in community programs, carpooling and use of fuel-efficient vehicles.

We welcome any suggestions or comments regarding our green program, and look forward to a clean future for New York City.
